Dr. Steve did a wonderful job, and Morgan was an excellent associate and answered all my questions. The staff is always so kind, friendly, and gives great input on frames. I’ve been going here for years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
Just want to shout out Dr. Thompson, Ray, and Morgan for the help today! The medical care was amazing with clear explanations to my questions. And the help with my insurance and getting my lenses to where they need to be for my convenience was also above and beyond. It definitely felt great to see positivity and clear communication within the medical community! Definitely recommend this group!
Deven has been very helpful through my time at college and after when I occasionally come back up to Grand Rapids. If something is wrong with my glasses, I will wait until I am back in Grand Rapids to get it fixed. Lately I came back needing my glasses tightened, cleaned, and the screw to be screwed back in. Although it's hard to get it perfectly cleaned, she cleaned it to the best of her ability along with the other necessities.
I also got my lens from here. My frame is Adidas and I had got them while in Thailand, but there was an issue with the prescription I received, and since I really like Adidas I did not necessarily want to get rid of the frame. RxOptical...read full review
