5 stars for the staff! People are so friendly and warm and inviting. Doctor was friendly and easy to understand. Eye exam did not take long at all and was very comfortable. Selection of frames and ease of choices when ordering new glasses made it ultra-super-fun. Who knew We'd have so much fun at an eyeglass place =)

Of course love the convenience, but all staff has been so kind and helpful. I appreciate so much they don't push glasses or new prescription if you don't need it. Their prices are so reasonable. The same people have been there for years, which is always a good sign. Additional tests are available to check if you want to be extra vigilant, and the costs are minimal. So thankful for this option in Lowell!

I do not recommend this place to anybody who has Healthy Michigan Priority Health. I have that they cover polycarb. this place the man there insists that they don't cover it the insurance company has told me for repeatedly times that they do cover it they also told me that they spoke to him and told him the same thing. I picked up my glasses after they redid the lenses and Guy told me that they do not cover that and that they paid out of pocket for it and if I ever buy glasses from them in the future I would have to pay for it. I told him yes they do cover it and he looked at me and said no they do not ! WRONG! and rude. Priority Health covers it. I've called them multiple...read full review
