Signature Eye Care offers excellent service and quality eye care in a beautiful, clean office. Dr. Russell is knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff is super helpful and makes guests feel comfortable and welcome. They provide a unique selection of high-quality frames at reasonable prices, even without vision insurance. The check-in process is easy and quick, and the emphasis on safety through mask requirements is appreciated. Overall, it is a fantastic place for quality eye care with a dedicated team.
Excellent service, quality, and experience. Dr. Russell is very knowledgeable and explains everything well without rushing. Fees are reasonable even without vision insurance, lots of reasonable options for frames too. The front office staff was super helpful and knowledgeable as well. A super positive experience all around.
Dr. Mandy Russell is friendly, knowledgable, and a GREAT optometrist. From the time you walk in to the beautiful and clean office you know you're in good hands. The frames are unique and high quality---not what your big box stores carry. Love that!
What a wonderful place! Dr.Russell and her staff go above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome. She explained everything clearly and was open for any questions I might have, and made sure I was well informed on what procedures we would be doing during my appointment. Her optician, Gen, was very kind and patient while I picked out the frames that best suited me and made the check-in experience easy and quick. Overall just a fantastic place to go if you’re looking for quality eye care and great people to talk to! Requiring their guests to wear masks is also a huge plus and much appreciated in these unpredictable times. Five stars (:
