I would give them 10 stars if I could! The associates helping you with your glasses are very informative and they help you pick out your glasses. And the doctor doing the exam is very thorough and very informative about certain eye issues. My glasses came in, and I am just thrilled! I made such a great choice coming to this location and giving up Rx optical so much more varieties in glasses and frames at SVS Vision.

I started out at the Flint store and that was exceptional so when we moved to the Grand Rapids area it was a no brainer I was going to go to SVS here especially when I sent my husband to get his eyes checked and got new glasses and how impressed he was not only by the Dr also with the entire staff! If you have not tried out SVS Vision, you really should because literally every person I interacted with when I went for my exam and to pick out frames. When I came back a few days later to pick up my new glasses the whole experience was wonderful and I truly couldn’t have been happier. The doctor was awesome and she nailed it on the prescription because I have not been able to see this clearly for over two years. Oh, and the glasses cleaning kit they gave me is so well thought out and easy to carry around in my pocket if I need to carry it on me.
