I traveled to my son’s home in Grand Rapids to ride with them to Wisconsin. I sat in the back seat of their Stowe and go van and was going to adjust the seat but pulled the strap that would flip the seat completely down. When I did it hit the side of my face and caused my glasses to fly across the van and break the wire holding my lens in. We drove to the Grand Rapids-Plainfield location and they fixed them in a few minutes .

Needed a fresh pair of safety glasses for a new job. Came to the Plainfield location in Grand Rapids, Mi. Was not only greeted but taken care of by Aleah. She took care of everything I needed in the store that day, and also explained the paperwork from a different location (added value). After having my new glasses for a few days I needed to return for some more help, and again your team stepped up! Aleah again greeted me with a smile. I needed something to aid in the fit of my new glasses, and even though the glasses couldn’t be adjusted she help with a solution. She even helped me find a possible solution on Amazon.
