“My grandmother recently had an appointment here which included blood draw and I wanted to share feedback about the experience of the latter.<br><br>She was told she was “too dry” to get blood and was asked to return another day. My understanding is that only one attempt was made, despite my grandmother asking whether the other arm could be tried. The vein also appeared to have blown during the attempt, which I understand can happen commonly in elderly patients and is not necessarily anyone’s fault.<br><br>I feel that before sending a 92-year-old patient home to return another day, there could have been a bit more effort or flexibility in trying another approach in the moment.<br><br>At her follow-up visit, another staff member noted that she had a “hard vein,” but was able to complete the blood draw with relatively little difficulty. The experience was exceptionally quick and the staff were all wonderful.<br><br>I’m sharing this because repeat appointments and extra travel can be difficult for elderly patients. I hope this feedback helps in the future. :)”

But recently she has also successfully treated two other problems. I have incidental tremors particularly bad in my dominant hand. On the first visit I felt my headache go away. After a couple of treatments all the nausea was gone. I now call Clem my miracle worker. My only regret, I didn’t go to her sooner!”

Due to my condition, I got emotional at the check out desk and the 2 young ladies there were so comforting and uplifting, one even got up and brought me some water. They made me feel so much better. This was my 1st visit therefore it took approx 90 mins or less due to the new patient forms and evaluation. I am so pleased with the service that I look for to my follow up on August 14th.
