The front desk ladies were very good, however the app used by the office sent to me via cell is useless. I filled it out and hit submit and evidently it went through. Called office to make sure it was received. She was unable to find it. I asked to be call when they got it. I was not.
When I arrived to the office for the procedure was given papers I had already filled out plus more. Of course I filled them out.
I think the front desk will need some training about the new app. Only negative experience“

“This is an excellent place to go for care. EVERYONE!! The front desk, side desk and doctor are exceptionally nice!!! They were all amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and show they really care. I was having a bad day and in desperate need to see a neurologist. My appt was scheduled same day. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out the staff was awesome. Due to my condition, I got emotional at the check out desk and the 2 young ladies there were so comforting and uplifting, one even got up and brought me some water. They made me feel so much better. This was my 1st visit therefore it took approx 90 mins or less due to the new patient forms and evaluation. I am so pleased with the service that I look for to my follow up on August 14th. “I have dealt with severe chronic allergies my whole life and was constantly taking Zyrtec, Claritin, etc, and other medications almost year-round, especially around pets, grass, pollen, dust, mold, and then I also have food allergies like shellfish, gluten and many others. I finally went to Clem at Full Circle Healing Arts in Annapolis for a treatment called Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment (SAAT) and I truly cannot believe the results!! For the first time in my life, I was able to stay at my friend’s house, who has a golden retriever, and I didn’t have to take medication at all. “I was in there weeks ago and forgot to review. It was perfect as far as I'm concerned. I had Dr Vaid but I forgot the nurses, anesthetist, and front desk staff names, even though everyone was superb. I was a hard IV stick and it was taking way too long because I was rather dehydrated from the prep, but everyone worked together and got it done in the estimated time. I feel very lucky to have happened upon this place when another place didn't have any dates that fit my schedule. To everyone from the front desk to the back and recovery, thank you! “Honestly, I give this place 5 stars because it's the only hospital I'm comfortable going to, taking my family to or referring anyone to in this area. Of all of the hospitals in this area, they are the most professional and deliver the best care. I've had two children hospitalized here, a grandchild and a niece born here. All were pleasant experiences. From the emergency room, to the ICU, a a regular hospitalization all has gone well. This will continue to be our hospital of choice, when necessary.“
