The Endo my dentist referred me to did not take my Mutual of Omaha dental insurance. I have never had a root canal. I found Sterling Endodontics on the web, called them and they answered and verified they took my insurance. Scheduled an appointment for Dr. Seung / Glen Burnie. Alyssa from Sterling called the day before my appointment to confirm and provide me an estimate of my out of pocket. Finally found the office way around the back of the complex. Dr. Seung is so kind, professional, and gentle. I truly appreciated his observation and insight on the work that I am needing to get done. He performed my root canals and I was comfortable the whole time. I would absolutely go back if needed. Not to mention the front office staff is very efficient and organized.
I recently had a root canal at Sterling Endodontics and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the wait was short and I was warmly welcomed by a nurse who brought me back for a 3D imaging scan of the tooth needing treatment. She was knowledgeable and friendly, and patiently answered all of my questions.
Dr. Seung performed the procedure, and I was genuinely impressed by how attentive he was — he checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. The entire root canal was painless and completed in just 45 minutes, which was far quicker than I expected.
