The staff here is amazing, they’re very friendly and efficient. I also love that you can make same-day appointments online, it takes the guesswork out of finding the best time to do a walk-in at an urgent care. Really glad to have them nearby.
I'm continuously impressed with AFC in Edgewater. They are professional and always kind. The doctors there have never given me a poor diagnosis or wrong advice. The appointment times get honored and if walking in, I've never had long to wait. They're my preferred choice for urgent care.
The front desk staff, nurses, and docs are all amazing and very nice. Scheduling is easy and the wait times are short.
The billing company HealthQuist is the worst. Someone with a thick accent will call and aggressively demand payment before my insurance company sends me the EOB. When I do pay using the online system, I do not receive confirmation of payment so I can’t even let the aggressors know I paid. They also do not itemize the services so I have to fight with my insurance to get things covered.
The exceptional care team is not worth the hassle of dealing with the aftermath of going.
