Excelsia Injury Care Annapolis is described as having an amazing staff that is excellent, extremely caring, and supportive. The team, including Dr. Scott, Jason, and Carol, works very well together and goes out of their way to make patients comfortable. One staff member named Nikki always goes the extra mile to ensure care and meets everyone with a smile. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is efficient and professional. Patients feel welcomed upon arrival, almost as if they are family. The staff is very accommodating and understanding in every aspect. The business is highly recommended for anyone in need of care.
Iv been going to Excelsia for over a year now and they have been nothing short of treating me amazingly. The staff is excellent, extremely caring and supportive. I have to point out Nikki she always goes the extra mile To make sure I’m as taken care of as possible as well as always meets me with a smile. Although I wish I didn’t have to be here under the circumstances I am. They have now kind of become family. Highly recommend.
Amazing staff! I love the time and patience the girls have with you. They’re very accommodating and understanding in every aspect. They definitely make you feel welcomed upon arrival almost as if you’re family.
I love this place, everyone is so nice. Dr. Scott is amazing! His staff from Parrish checking you in to Ms. Barbara making me laugh and feel comfortable. Its another young lady I worked with I didn't get her name but she's from Baltimore, she's so sweet and I loved seeing the pictures of her grandson. Great group of people.
