My grandmother recently had an appointment here which included blood draw and I wanted to share feedback about the experience of the latter.
She was told she was “too dry” to get blood and was asked to return another day. My understanding is that only one attempt was made, despite my grandmother asking whether the other arm could be tried. The vein also appeared to have blown during the attempt, which I understand can happen commonly in elderly patients and is not necessarily anyone’s fault.
I feel that before sending a 92-year-old patient home to return another day, there could have been a bit more effort or flexibility in trying another...read full review
I have been seeing Dr Parsa for a few years. She is very knowledgeable, caring and I never feel rushed. I had an encounter today with their phlabobomist MIA. What a pleasure. I have small rolling veins and She got it done quickly and painlessly. She made my day!
