“I finished my last 4 years active duty with my family being seen at Kimbrough and was pleased enough to choose a PCM there myself in retirement (previously down at Bolling). We've been through Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Ortho, GI, Lab, X-Ray, and more that I can't think of off the top of my head. The care has been excellent, and I have been especially impressed by the nurses and PAs who assist the primary providers. I see the complaints about admin and front office staff and we have had some challenges there, which brings me down to 4 instead of 5...that and the phone systems and pharmacy wait times. But I can deal with those challenges because the providers are really caring and skilled! Definitely recommend.”
