We settled on doing the VI Facial Peel and despite being a little Oompa Loompa-ish for a couple of days and then peeling like a banana for two more, I am very happy with the results. With a follow up treatment of microdermabrasion, it has given me even better results. My face seems to have done a 180 and we are peace for now. With the help of Dr. Baltazar, I have a little more confidence walking out the door and maybe, just maybe, my face and I can finally call a truce.“

“This is an excellent place to go for care. EVERYONE!! The front desk, side desk and doctor are exceptionally nice!!! They were all amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and show they really care. I was having a bad day and in desperate need to see a neurologist. My appt was scheduled same day. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out the staff was awesome. Due to my condition, I got emotional at the check out desk and the 2 young ladies there were so comforting and uplifting, one even got up and brought me some water. They made me feel so much better. This was my 1st visit therefore it took approx 90 mins or less due to the new patient forms and evaluation. I am so pleased with the service that I look for to my follow up on August 14th. “Overall, the care I received was exceptional. The staff was so incredibly kind patient accommodating educating and overall I cannot commend them enough. I was there overall for seven hours, and I do believe that the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. I heard from the nurses that none of them had taken breaks that day. None of them had taken a lunch and essentially they had been working all day. I do believe that the staff is overworked as well as patients are overbooked. I believe I overheard them saying that there were 27 patients that day all receiving the same procedure and again I just believe that at that point Planned Parenthood is prioritizing quantity over quality. I only had one negative experience with one staff member I believe her name was Devante or Keyonte, but she was in charge of my education and she was on her phone, texting the whole time, listening to music, barely explaining anything and I do believe she had one of the most essential roles, which was the education process. I had questions about birth control. I had questions about the anesthesia, and I felt intimidated asking her anything. She seemed like she was bothered by me being there and that was very unfortunate because again I do believe that her role was an essential part of the process more essential than any other step when it came to taking my vitals doing my ultrasound, etc. Once again I will say that the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I was there for seven hours and while that was the absolute worst part of the experience. The procedure was quick. The staff was incredible. Everything was painless, and I just believe that the workers deserve better.“

Recently, I came in with a sinus infection and and the nurse practitioner (nice lady by the way) examined me thoroughly, she sent my prescriptions straight to the pharmacy with no hesitation and I was off and running. “Dr. Eric Kaminsky is a wonderful physical therapist. I (45M) went into BHMC back in Feb with what I thought was knee pain due to running. He quickly identified the pain was due to other quad and hip issues. My knee was fine, but without addressing the other issues, the knee would eventually get worse.

He gave me multiple strength exercises to do weekly, along with daily mobility exercises. The exercises along with his weekly cupping, scrapping, and dry needling, has transformed my leg, and made it stronger and more mobile.

Physical therapy is what you put into it, and with the tools and skills Dr. Kaminsky taught me, I am in a better place to continue my running journey. So many folks give up running due to pains that won’t go away. This experience showed me that with the proper exercises, mobility, and planning, I can run well into old age.

BHMC is a great facility with excellent practitioners that really serves the Canton neighborhood. I walk there from my house and I feel so lucky that such a top notch facility is steps from my front door. Thank you Dr. Kaminsky and the staff at BHMC!“
