Wonderful staff all around.. from when I walked in until I left I was made to feel comfortable throughout the entire process… I wake up terribly screaming and crying from anesthesia, the nurses were hugging me helping me calm down not judging just helping…. Would definitely return here if I need any other service of this type, thank you for being so understanding and caring for your patients!!!! Couldn’t have been more appreciative as I usually just get judged like it’s my fault but it is not something I can control… thank you!
Written coming out of procedure:
“You guys are so cool….I’ve not been this high. I want to party with you.” — maybe should have delayed giving me my phone back.
Edit after an hour: ok, this stuff wears off quickly, but definitely get a ride home. And they didn’t send me home with whatever they were using for anesthesia….bummer 😁

Office staff was friendly and efficient upon checkin. Pre procedural staff put me at ease. Timely, informative, extremely compassionate with any questions and concerns I might’ve had. I’ve had multiple procedures here with Dr Epstein and have full faith and trust in his expertise. I will continue to have procedures done at this Glen Burnie location
