I had my first colonoscopy today, they put my ease and gave me all the information I needed. The place is very clean, and the staff is amazing as well. I would, use this facility again if needed.
I had a great experience! I was so scared but all the nurses were so patient and caring. Ashley kept talking to me to try to get me to relax and get my mind off things. I felt very cared for from start to finish.
The staff (Valerie and Margie — hope I spelled their names correctly) and Dr. Vaid were very professional, very patient, very caring and very gentle. I was scared since this was my first colonoscopy. They made me feel comfortable and calm. I recommend going to the Endocentre at Quarterfield Road.
