Huge shoutout to Nurse Practitioner Kelsey Reed and the receptionist for their excellent care and customer service. I was a little upset after driving to my appointment and learning that my provider was unable to see me due to an insurance credentialing issue that I had not been informed about beforehand.
Thankfully, the receptionist quickly helped arrange for me to see Kelsey. Kelsey was kind, professional, informative, and took the time to address all of my concerns. I am petrified of medical offices. The ladies make you feel very welcomed! You are quickly checked in and not long after, called to the back. Dr. Dawn is so awesome, fast and has A very soothing, calming voice. This was my 2nd visit with a small procedure and it was a breeze! These ladies made me so comfortable and my mind was at ease! Highly recommend!!!
