He fixed the unit in no time and was friendly, professional and efficient. What could have been a terrible ordeal in the height of summer turned into a minor blip thanks to AAA Air Conditioning and Heating.“

“I had an appointment today to secure two toilets that were rocking (imagine rodeo potty!) and a sump pump that has never worked since I moved in 1988. The location of the sump pump is in very tight quarters, underneath a basement staircase through a very tight squeeze around the laundry tub. Gary P. was my tech, and he made some miracles happen for my home today! The first toilet, once lifted, had some incredible things underneath and was attached to a flange in such a way that was truly insecure. Quite possibly, with the right move, the toilet could have been lifted directly off of the flange - while trying to just stop it from moving. He fixed it! The second toilet was a much smoother fix, which he also did incredibly well! AND, that sump pump. He had one in the truck and was able to fit under that staircase and replace what was there with a wonderful model that now only allows one directional water flow! Things you just don't know until a seasoned professional points them out! I am incredibly grateful for the detailed explanations, the responsiveness and knowledge Gary has, and how clean every area was left (even outside of the front door where he had a sticky mat to remove debris from his shoes before coming into my home!). “I would recommend them for service of A/C. They identified leak in evaporator coil and worked with me on various repair ooptions with associated risk without trying to upsell. They were able to repair the current system and charged less than original quote due to quicker repair. Cody walked me through the repair and showed the repaired coil before closing the system back up. Excellent work and communication throughout his repair.“

Aire-Craft was one of two companies I asked to come out and assess the viability of repairing my old system, and one of 6 companies who provided me with a proposal once it was determined that the old system was not salvageable. The Aire-Craft technicians were on time for all appointments and explained their recommendations to me clearly. They provided the most competitively priced proposal and also installed the best quality equipment (Trane, while other companies would install Goodman, Carrier, Bryant, etc.). The demolition of the old equipment and the install of the new system was completed over the course of two days.
