Mr. Kwante Young came before his scheduled time, very prompt and professional. Our experience was phenomenal, he knows his stuff! Kwante is knowledgeable and had incredible information to share that will be beneficial to our need/s. He installed equipment, and explained everything to us in great detail! I've never had a BGE representative do so much extra than he was required. I will use all the information provided and pass the information on to my friends & family it will go a long way. EcoMize sent a certified energy auditor to my home to perform a Quick Home Energy Check-Up at no cost whatsoever (available for most MD residents through the electric utility). My auditor was Kwante Young and he was professional, courteous, and VERY thorough. This was a great experience because I learned some about my home (he even found corrosion on some water pipes that I had never noticed) and he was able to install energy-saving items like showerheads, LED lightbulbs, and special power strips for free as part of the service. A few weeks ago, Ecomize sent out their technician Kwante, who was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. As we went through the whole house, he pointed out multiple areas that needed attention and gave simple yet effective solutions to fix leaks and improve insulation. I've already implemented a few of his suggestions. He also did an excellent, clean job installing my new thermostat. He left me with a full report, specific to my home. I'd highly recommend requesting Kwante Young if you reach out to Ecomize!
