I had an older system that was 20+ years old on various parts. The home energy audit found that a huge portion of energy savings could be realized by replacing the HVAC and insulation in the attic. After the report was sent to BGE, costs were over $24,000 to do the work. BGE approved the proposed rebates by EcoMize to cover $13,000 of the work. I was at a loss for words on how great the deal was.

I had a 3400 sqft home with insufficient HVAC and insulation and the total cost for me to remediate came to $11,000 when the nearest quote I could find elsewhere(for HVAC replacement only) was $12,000. At no point did I feel that EcoMize was trying to take advantage of me, and their professionalism and knowledge made me feel very confident that I was making the right decision to contract them for the work.
