Blue Dot (we didn’t know better) came to our house 3 times to diagnose our problem. To say price gouging would be an understatement. We paid the service fee but refused to pay the outrageous repair cost. We then called Perry Hall Heating & Air (advice from my father) to have them double check the other guys work. We agreed to the repair and it was SEVEN TIMES CHEAPER. We also called two days later when the thermostat went poo. Both service techs were professional, polite, answered my questions, knowledgeable and made the repairs quickly. Thank you!!! Perry Hall Heating and Air will be my go to moving forward.
