Austin is awesome! Transparency, honesty, integrity... all words I would use for his visit today. He was personable, polite, and very thorough. He took photos of everything and took the time to explain every step of his visit, repairs, and observations. He caught a clerical error that dropped my bill by a significant amount and bundled my repairs, which again saved me several hundred more. I'm very pleased with this service.
Maryland Heating and Air have been fantastic. Ms. Kimberly and Ms. Chelsey were both very professional, pleasant and kind. The tecnician Bill Dunkerly went out of his way to explain the problem and show me the parts. He went and the staff went out of their way to help me get the best price for the work done. This was a godsend as I am on a tight budget at present time. Bill was also
very professional, plesant and kind. This all happened during the extreme heat wave. I am very grateful and would recommend,Maryland Heating and Air to everyone with HVAC problems. All calls were answered and returned promptly. All services were done quality and on time. Thanks again.
