Was called back after not leaving a message. They were very friendly on the phone and tentative to what I needed. The first tech came out diagnosed it quickly inform me another tech will come by with the proper refrigerant communication was perfect
I called Pure Air HVAC in the afternoon due to something on my outside air unit breaking. They came out within a few hours, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem right away. Frank was thorough and quick with his diagnostic evaluation. The cost was extremely fair. It was not nearly as much as I thought I might be. He did not try and sell me on something I did not need which I thoroughly respected. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Recent AC tune up reduced run time which lowers electric bill. Very happy with technician knowledge and cost.
I’ll have Pure Air HVAC tune up heat pump at 2nd location.
