I contacted Pure Air after seen their reviews and compare against competitors. I was skeptical because reviews were almost perfect, but after have dealing with them the reviews indicate a perfect picture of the company. Frank the owner and his crew were excellent did a very good job. Preparation for the installation was great, I added pictures to show how the protected the floors, and how need the installation looks like. Price were great, I compared them against to other vendors and even after they said will do better their prices were higher. I recommend Pure Air. Frank is a great person to work with. Over July 4th holiday 2026 our air conditioning was not working. It was 100 degrees outside. I contacted Pure Air HVAC and got immediate response. Within minutes I had an appointment for one of the owners to come out and service our system early the next day. There was text and email communication which was great. I got communication updates along the way. I received a text when someone was in route and the arrival was on time. He had parts with him which was a plus. My part was not on the truck but he gave us a temporary solution to get our unit running and then scheduled a return appointment to replace with an original part that I needed.
