“Residential AC work in Bel Air- We noticed our AC was not working on a Friday night. We went outside and saw that the fan to the unit was not spinning and it was making a humming noise. We turned everything off and called at 7:30am on Saturday morning. The on-call technician, Mike B., contacted us and said it sounded like the capacitor. He was upfront with pricing for an emergency response versus scheduling a service appointment. We opted for the emergency response. We received a text when he was on the way and he was at our house by 10am. The AC was working by 1030am, just in time for the heat. Mike B. was extremely professional, informative, and upfront with pricing. Highly recommend using First Response Heating and Cooling if you are in Harford County. Thank you!!“
