We recently moved into a new home that appeared to have been ill-maintained. I was sure the air ducts and dryer vent must be in desperate need of cleaning. In researching duct cleaning companies, I kept coming across horror stories about cost overruns and inadequate work. I requested three bids, hoping to get at least one good one.
