They came out 7 times and always had a new reason even though it was under warranty. I finally got fed up with them and made one call to B&B and I am SO thankful I did. I have waited awhile to do this review because I needed to see if there is a remarkable difference with our electricity consumption with the new HVAC system.

Fast forward to 9 months after.

We are very happy and satisfied with the service and product we got from BPM. Our new HVAC system is not only energy efficient but it also kept our home cool in over 100・ weather in the summer and very comfortable in -8・ weather this winter and saved us about 40% of our old electric and oil expenses combined for many years.

This was one of the best major decisions we have ever made for house upgrade. The only regret we have was not doing it sooner. A huge thank you to Rich K. for making everything very easy and a pleasant experience; from the free estimate, to consultations with suggestions on best options, to several inspections prior to install and of course most importantly providing financing for the project.

We highly recommend this company for quality product and workmanship. Rich and his crew were very professional during install and even left our basement clean as if they were not even there.“

“I called Exxel and asked them to look at my HVAC and give me a quote for a higher-capacity system. After checking the existing system and making sure that it was running fine, they advised me that I didn't need a new system installed and should run this one until it fails. “Mike is amazing! He is professional, affordable, timely and trustworthy. I first found Mike when I was out of town and my pet sitter complained of the heat not working and left!!! He came over and fixed the thermostat for me while I was out of town! I later had several issues with my AC that eventually ended up giving out and the whole system needed to be replaced. Mike always responded to me in a very timely manner and got the work done quickly and very reasonably priced. When it came to replacing the unit, he checked the warranty on my existing unit before I even asked, and did a quality installation. It’s reassuring to know that any time I have an issue, I have someone I can trust that will make it a priority to resolve the issue as soon as he can. “First year I tried the annual service plan and Tech Jake was fantastic. He spent about 1 hr checking both furnace and compressor for AC and Heat and all checked out well. While he was here another person Cheryl from Airtron from Safety Dept showed up just to be sure Jake was sticking to the play book and had no issues.
