They didn't try to sell me services I didn't need and I was really impressed with their honesty. When I asked about the overall health of my heat pumps because of their age, again, they determined they were fine and replacement wasn't eminent. Their integrity was impressive and I highly recommend their company. I will definitely use them for all future needs!“

All summer it was hot so David came to assess the situation and suggested a solution - a mini split. It looks great, is so quiet, perfectly installed, and now I’ve even tried the heat function since it is getting chilly out and it is fantastic. “We called Sagamore as a second opinion for our broken A/C in our business suite. They performed a thorough inspection and talked us through the issues. The other HVACcompany refused to get on the roof to inspect our system and simply told us we needed to buy $10,000 split systems because we didn’t have enough A/C. Sagamore techs recommended increasing air return flow as a first step and never tried to up-sell on anything. Technicians Brian and Rick were professional and explained everything in detail. We ended up spending less than half of what the other company tried to sell us on!“

“Just had Charles A. Klein & Sons install 2 new furnaces/ACs essentially a business day before Xmas & could not be happier with the outcome. The hvac techs did world class job installing the new equipment, 2 systems in one day! They are efficient and most of all do things professional grade. They left me with no complaints and even did things I would have wanted done without me having to ask. They rerouted a drain line so it didn't cross the middle of the room like the old system installation, for example. They upgraded prior installation to code, which was most important! They cared about doing things the right way! Install looks sharp! Carl and Christy were spot on recommending the new Trane systems. House feels more comfortable in December than it had with old furnances. I feel like I'm going to save money too because systems get temperature to set point fast. Would recommemd them to all my family and friends. Will be using them again for next system.Prior reviewMy experience so far with CK&S is to obtain an estimate to replace 2 furnaces and prepare to schedule the work. I can say so far these guys are world-class. Worked with Christy and Carl in detail, and the ladies who answer the phone are sooooo professional and helpful! I have worked with a lot of other companies, probably 6, and these guys are a cut above the rest. Can't say enough good things about Cristy and Carl. Christy can even do load calculations to size your equipment properly. But I love them most of all because their prices blow other companies out of water. This is #1 reason I'm going with them. CK&S gave me an estimate for an AC & furnace for less then 2 other companies gave me for a JUST A furnace. And I'm getting the top brand equipment, better than brands in the other 2 quotes I got. Could not be happier with my experience so far. Highly recommend these guys.“
