“I believe it was Dr Patel (my eyesight is so bad without contacts I'm not actually sure who has been seeing me and I'm terrible with names), but whoever she was has been super kind. When I came in a year early she insisted on refunding me even though they had already done everything and still gave me a full checkup. The one downside is there is usually a fairly long wait in the exam room itself, but I think that is the result of giving each patient as long as they need, rather than rushing them out the door, so it is worth it. A genuine thank you to the kind doctors and staff!“

“I've been coming to Bay Family Eye Care for the last few years, mostly due to a skin issue under my eyes. After that experience I knew I wanted them to be my regular eye doctor. This office has the top of the line technology, and the option to choose technology over dilation is SO WORTH IT, as someone who takes HOURS to see after being dilated. I learned so much about my eyes that I never knew until I came here, they had my eyeball on a huge screen amd explained what I was looking at, in great detail. I have an old scar on my eye that I NEVER knew about. It thankfully does not and will not cause any vision problems, but it's nice having that fun fact about my own eyes. The doctors here take their time with you, and explain everything in great detail which is particularly helpful for newbies like myself. Special mention for Charlie. I came in to pick up my glasses (I used my own lenses and had my new prescription lenses put into them). They came super fast, and since they are progressive lenses, I had questions. Charlie answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and he was SO helpful. I fell in love with a pair of glasses (I like to have two pairs anyway), and Charlie reached out to my insurance to find out what they could offer. I walked out VERY happy and I can't wait to pick up my new glasses. Thank you Bay Family Eye Care! Your care team is an example of the exceptional standards and services Bay Family Eye Care provides. It's also worth noting there are ZERO pushy sales tactics here, a breath of fresh air from what I have experienced at other practices. I've been recommending this place to everyone!“

I have been to many optometry offices throughout the years, and most appointments felt like every interaction and decision was a check off a standard list. The staff here was welcoming, and the office was clean. The office is located inside Costco, but you do not need a membership to make your appointment. I told the Costco front check-in I had an appointment, and they pointed me in the right direction. The receptionist checked me in quickly, and the wait time was quick. Dr. Julie was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. She made the entire process comfortable and easy, and I appreciate how she explained everything to me. She was able to answer all my questions and address my concerns. I definitely recommend Dr. Tran to anybody looking for an optometrist.“
