I have been to many optometry offices throughout the years, and most appointments felt like every interaction and decision was a check off a standard list. The staff here was welcoming, and the office was clean. The office is located inside Costco, but you do not need a membership to make your appointment. I told the Costco front check-in I had an appointment, and they pointed me in the right direction. The receptionist checked me in quickly, and the wait time was quick. Dr. Julie was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. She made the entire process comfortable and easy, and I appreciate how she explained everything to me.
