Dr. Lam was really professional and sweet. She really explained the process and terminology of my situation. It was my first visit and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend! Gary was also a big help in explaining the breakdown of costs associated with purchasing a new pair of glasses.
I do not regularly wear glasses and this was only my second eye exam for vision correctness. Dr. Lam was very professional and explained everything very clearly. I would see her again in the future if needed.
