“Amazing Experience! My husband and I walked in with his prescription and immediately we were greeted warmly by CJ. He was amazing! CJ patiently answered our questions, gave us incredible advice, he actively listened to my husband describing what style of glasses and when he wears them. Literally in 5 minutes or less, he picked out 7 pairs of glasses. They were all very comfortable and flattering on my husband. It took him less than 5 minutes to pick out two pairs of glasses. The hard part was figuring out if only two pairs were enough, he loved the styles so much. CJ helped us place our order, was very transparent and helpful with the pricing. “I brought my daughter in about 2 years ago because of her poor eyesight. Since she has begun her treatment for her myopia her eyes have not gotten worse and she can see 20/20! She accomplishes this by simply wearing contacts while she sleeps to correct her eyesight. During the day she does not need to wear glasses or contacts! “Been going here for over a decade, have always had excellent service. I've been seen on time consistently for my annual appointments.

I've also had really fantastic service by the gentleman who adjusts and repairs the frames. I went in today, got lucky and was seen immediately for a frame fix and was out the door within 15 mins. Sometimes they can be quite busy, so I don't expect that speed each time, but sure appreciate it when I get it!“

PREVIOUS REVIEW:
This office has seen alot of change over the years. Currently they are below par. We ordered glasses for my daughter at college. They were shipped to her at college and she received glasses that had not seen the finishing step of the process - the glass edges of the lenses had not been ground to smoothness, and were very sharp. She called iCare and they said to ship them back or find a local place to do it. They did not apologize. They did not offer free return shipping. They did not offer to cover the cost of having them finished at a store near her. Very sloppy work, and lack of apology implied that they were used to what happened. They have a business partner failed in their quality control, and the office in Cloverly failed to check that the order had been completed properly before sending them on. Unprofessional all around.“
