“Long story short, I had something<br>stuck deeply in my left eye. Coming off a major operation, it was imperative to me to get it looked at asap. The front desk staff were very professional and polite and managed to somehow get me in the same day. Doctor Lui found a piece of plastic stuck in my eyeball. He removed it gently and it was immediate relief.<br>I would go back there in a heartbeat.<br>Thank you Dr. Lui and all of the staff!”

“UPDATE: Glad to report that the office did contact my daughter immediately, as offered in their response to my previous review. They provided free return shipping, corrected the lenses, and shipped them again. Thank you for your prompt corrective actions.<br><br>PREVIOUS REVIEW:<br>This office has seen alot of change over the years. Currently they are below par. We ordered glasses for my daughter at college. They were shipped to her at college and she received glasses that had not seen the finishing step of the process - the glass edges of the lenses had not been ground to smoothness, and were very sharp. She called iCare and they said to ship them back or find a local place to do it. They did not apologize. They did not offer free return shipping. They did not offer to cover the cost of having them finished at a store near her. Very sloppy work, and lack of apology implied that they were used to what happened. They have a business partner failed in their quality control, and the office in Cloverly failed to check that the order had been completed properly before sending them on. Unprofessional all around.”

After my diabetic husband's most recent visit he was concerned enough that he looked for other resources that could advice my husband on controling his diabetes in the face of visual impairment and called him to make recommendations. This is a doctor who wants to HELP his patients!”
