“Even though this is not a recent job, I still felt the need to share this review. This company installed a furnace for a relative of mine and saying that they definitely went above and beyond what anyone would expect a company to do would be an understatement. I do believe the main issue was this relative had buyers remorse which was not the company’s fault. However, Mr. Baker did everything in his power to resolve the “issues” but as soon as one was resolved then there would be another one, it just became a never ending cycle. As this relative’s health is deteriorating the furnace complaints are a thing of the past and there has not been any mention of their house being cold (which it never was) The time that I have interacted with this company they have always been pleasant, polite and very respectful despite the circumstances. I’m grateful for them being able to hold their composure regardless of the way they were treated, this say a lot about them as a company and their core values.“

I called on Saturday afternoon at 3:30 for our heat not working during one of the coldest nights of the winter and by that same night at 7pm, Vernon was at our house repairing our furnace. Our repair was fast and reasonably priced. Hamilton is hands down the best option for all of your heating ac and plumbing needs. Do not hesitate to call Vernon. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family.“

“The house was purchased in 2020 after being flipped, there have been issues with the heat every winter. Our energy bill had been astronomical as the system would constantly short cycle.

We’ve had several people out to look at the system and have gotten various conclusions from the system is too small, the system is too big, the duct work is bad, and everything in between. After getting a recommendation from a friend we called Griff’s. Two visits later, and one small part replacement, we have a working heat system.
