I signed up for oil delivery service with the fabulous help of Kelly Bachur. I even called Kelly again for help on payment. She very patiently explained she was not able to help with that piece of my account but was extremely helpful with information on where I needed to call. She offered that if at any time I needed assistance and didn't know to whom to turn, she would be happy to help! Great customer service!
