I can’t say enough good things. We live in a super old Victorian with a ton of weird roof pitches and angles. When other companies came out, it seemed very intimidating, but Pat, Chad, and Eddie had a plan by close of business, Kelly had the paperwork over immediately, and they all got started a few days later. Pat and Marco did an amazing job of getting duct work into weird spaces with minimal demo! They were all thorough in answering questions, explaining their thought process, and tidying up after themselves each day. I had a question about my new mini-split system and whether a noise it was making was normal - it is! - and they promptly sent a technician who was patient and nice and explained everything very well. Hughes Mechanical is a pleasure to work with!
