“My air conditioning went out on one of the hottest weekends of this year. David came out that Sunday to diagnose the problem. It was determined I needed a new system, by that Friday, his team had a new one installed for me. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They did a fabulous job!!!“

“Mullhausen Heating and Air is the only one I will call. Work is always first-rate. Honesty is the policy at Mullhausen; you are given a direct diagnosis and preventative maintenance tips. Yesterday my mother-in-law's AC/Furnace quit working during 90 degree weather with projected 100's heat indexes coming in the next few days. We thought it was out of freon. Called on Saturday around twelve-thirty, Wayne was on-site within a few hours. It was not the freon; he diagnosed the correct problem and fixed it quickly. He carries every part for her system in his truck which eliminated any need for ordering a part. New parts weren't needed, but knowing he had everything was a comfort. My mother-in-law met Wayne yesterday and was so impressed by him that she's booking him to do her furnace maintenance in the fall.

Wayne came through for us multiple times, and has replaced entire my system previously. He taught me and my husband important information because he believes knowing what to do and how to prevent problems is better overall. He believes in doing a good job. I will always call Mullhausen and I will refer everyone to him. I am impressed every time with the job knowledge, honesty, responsiveness, and quality of work. Peace of mind is important and Wayne provides that.

“Residential AC work in Bel Air- We noticed our AC was not working on a Friday night. We went outside and saw that the fan to the unit was not spinning and it was making a humming noise. We turned everything off and called at 7:30am on Saturday morning. The on-call technician, Mike B., contacted us and said it sounded like the capacitor. He was upfront with pricing for an emergency response versus scheduling a service appointment. We opted for the emergency response. “I have a geothermal heat pump system Installed by Groundloop almost 14 years ago ! I love it. Super efficient and quiet. No noisy compressor in the yard to get rained and snowed on. It’s still running great. Had one “emergency” where a capacitor on the blower motor stopped, which they fixed quickly. Otherwise it’s just been routine cleaning and checkups. They always show up on time and show me what they are doing. Very professional and friendly. Hope this system lasts some more years, but I’ll have no doubts about getting them to do the replacement when the time comes.“

“John was great. He let me know what was wrong with my washing machine and the cost of the repair. Unfortunately the repair cost was more than the machine cost and I opted not to get it repaired. I did have to pay the $129 service call fee which was okay as the tech did have time and travel costs. I will definitely use Sears in the future“
