Always good to have your boys doing work for us. The heat pump is good down to 20 degree after that I turn on the gas heater. You may get more than 0ne response the Google input not working so wellGeoff

We called Modern AC & Heating to replace our hot water tank. They came within 24 hrs to assess the work that needed done. Our tank was leaking and had rotted our floor out underneath and had to be built up a new floor before putting in a new tank in. Steven & Tim came to do the work and did a great job, Steven built a new floor where our tank needed to go and his workmanship was outstanding. We also used Modern AC & Heating to work on our AC a couple yrs ago, which they did a great job on that too. They are very knowledgeable in all their works. I'm very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!! Their rates a very Reasonabletoo!!
