All around great service from Pinnacle! Our condenser stopped working, Pinnacle was quick to come out and diagnose the issue and help us through the HVAC replacement process. They provided great equipment at a great price and had no issues with the install in an old Baltimore townhouse. Once scheduled, the work took less than 2 days to completely remove old equipment and install and test the new equipment (Heat pump + gas furnace backup). Nick worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the new equipment and install choices being made. Would highly recommend!
