“After a terrible experience with another “reputable” local HVAC company in the Baltimore area, I decided to give John at Apex Cooling & Heating a call after seeing an advertisement online. I explained what I believed was wrong with my system, and he even came prepared with the part I thought would need to be replaced.
After taking the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue, John told me that the problem I thought I had was actually not the problem at all. Instead of replacing a perfectly good part just because that’s what I requested, he was honest about what he found and explained what he believed was the actual issue. He told me he’d order the correct part and return once it arrived.
About a week later, John came back with another member of his team, and they spent the better part of the day making sure everything was repaired properly. That level of honesty, professionalism, and dedication is hard to find these days, especially when it often feels like so many companies are more interested in making a quick buck than doing what’s right.
If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely has your best interests in mind, look no further. John is incredibly responsive, honest, and takes pride in his work.
