Not often that your mom meets an HVAC person through an insurance claim, but that's what happened. Llambro was honest, quick to respond and so fair to my elderly mom, that I asked him to work on a couple of projects. He always shows when he says he will (a total anomaly for hvac techs) and priced well! Looking forward to using KLG for many years!!Services: AC maintenance

My water heater started leaking immediately prior to leaving for vacation. I contacted KLG services and they responded immediately and fixed the issue in record time. On a second occasion they quickly resolved a problem with my heat pump which stopped working in the middle of winter and also installed a smart thermostat. During this time they also identified an incorrect installation that was performed when the unit was originally installed and corrected that as well. On each visit they did not just focus on fixing the problem at hand but also on optimizing and explaining the operation of the existing/new equipment.
