Having to receive therapy is NEVER exciting to me. It isn’t anything a person looks forward to especially when the experiences on the road to recovery are painful!From the first hello I receive when I walk in to EVERYONE I receive while in the back preparing for therapy, the laughs during therapy, the professionalism, knowledge, care and concern I receive by the entire staff the entire time I am present to the very last laugh and see you later as I walk out the door makes this a memorably pleasant experience! The staff at this location is absolutely exceptional. The care and attention they provide to each patient is remarkable. Phil is amazing, his bedside manner is unmatched. You don’t find that in too many places (not even the hospitals) where your health actually matters to the people that are caring for you. Hands down this facility is awesome. Don’t get too caught up about the area because your treatment is taking place “inside”. If you choose this location you will receive top notch treatment from medical professionals that actually care about your health and well being.

I would give 20 stars if I could 5 for each employee! Like most people I was involved in an accident that messed my body up. I can wholeheartedly say if it wasn't for the care I have received from the staff of Multi-Specialty I wouldn't be back well today. Overall everyone has been amazing but my sincerest appreciation goes out to the PT team!
