Axis Research & Technologies offers a great experience at their lab in Columbia, MD. The facility is clean and modern, with staff who are professional, accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. They provide top notch customer service and prompt communications. The spacious, well-organized lab is easy to access from Baltimore and BWI, just 15 minutes away, with ample parking available. It is an exceptional experience for any company committed to superior customer service and clinical expertise.
We visit Axis frequently for HCP Education trainings (at different facilities across the U.S.), and I can honestly say that Michael “Mike” has been nothing short of amazing. Whether it’s confirming shipments while we’re traveling, coordinating deliveries, helping set up training spaces, or simply making sure the facility is clean and ready to go, Mike is always there to support us.
Words truly cannot express how grateful we are to have his support during our trainings. His willingness to help, attention to detail, and consistent support make such a difference in ensuring everything runs smoothly. We truly appreciate everything Mike does for our team!
