“Having to receive therapy is NEVER exciting to me. It isn’t anything a person looks forward to especially when the experiences on the road to recovery are painful!From the first hello I receive when I walk in to EVERYONE I receive while in the back preparing for therapy, the laughs during therapy, the professionalism, knowledge, care and concern I receive by the entire staff the entire time I am present to the very last laugh and see you later as I walk out the door makes this a memorably pleasant experience! I am so grateful for each staff member and their genuinely sincere care and concern!I do not know how other offices are but I would NOT trade the atmosphere at 2131 Maryland Ave for anything!IF anyone at any time need to see a staff do it right from start to finish I strongly suggest they visit “My Therapy’s” office and staff!Hats off to Dr Taylor and the ENTIRE staff downstairs for being a model practice! “I found out about Joyce from Groupon and decided to book an appointment. I am so glad I did because I had such a lovely and great experience with Joyce! She provided paperwork when I first came in to inquire about my skin, my diet, and my general health. She gave me pointers on how to better my skin through lifestyle changes and product changes without pressuring me to buy anything . Joyce explained what she was doing throughout the facial process and taught me a little more about my specific skin issues. The spa experience itself was immensely relaxing and the products used were gentle on my skin. I woke up the next day and still felt like my skin was well treated. I’ve made additional appointments to go back because I think multiple sessions will really make a difference with my acne and oily prone skin.The entrance is a bit hard to find but it is up a set of wooden steps through the Village Electrolysis door.“
“My oldest daughter has hearing loss and i finally got my answers from kennedy krieger. The audiologist and staff are so patient and kind. The facility itself is always kept clean and the security guards are so very helpful. Also my husbands nephew did or still does go there for outpatient therapy. I dont have anything negative to say. It really is a great place. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place.“

“Couldn't find any appointment with ANY primary care physician at this location through the online appointment portal or app. However, an advise nurse on the chat was able to schedule one for me. If you couldn't find any appointment, I highly recommend to give KP a chat/call. This location has plenty of parking space in the parking garage. You can get parking validated at the front desk after the visit. Check-in was fast. All the nurses and doctors I have encountered at this location are friendly and professional. There is a pharmacy inside.“
