“The service S&L provided was outstanding! When our AC broke down during the hot streak of weather we had I was panicking and calling different local companies. I stumbled upon S&L and they were the only company with great reviews that could come out same day. They showed up on time, wore shoe covers and quickly evaluated the situation. The informed me my system was in poor condition ( which kinda knew already ) and that due to the extensive damage to my system, replacement was my best option. They went over several different options based on my home. From the moment we decided to replace our entire hvac system, they were quick and efficient during this time. We had gotten some quotes before from other companies, however with S&L you can't beat the value! The installation was completed in 1 day. They also registered my warranty once the installation was completed. I was very nervous about this whole process as I've never had to replace an hvac system before. “I reached out and contacted American Professional Chimney and Masonry after another company gave me an extremely over priced cost for replacement of an ignition system for my basement gas fireplace. The technician for the first company clicked on the starter several times and then magically came up with a replacement cost of $1800. When I reached out to Professional Chimney and Masonry, the technician came with equipment and completed a full diagnostic test. Using testing equipment, the technician also determined that I needed a new ignition system. However, the replacement cost was 1/3 of what the first company was planning to charge. “I called for an appointment because I was without heat. Yosef returned my call and the appointment was set. Not only was this technician thorough and double checked everything, he was cognizant of my time and advised me if he was running a few minutes late. I want to make this clear, Home Comfort was the second company I called. The first company gave me an estimate of $469 to replace a $50.00 part they said was defective--there was nothing wrong with the part (which would have been under warranty anyway). Yosef found a burnt wire in the j-box which corrected the problem immediately. The other company never checked that! I rarely recommend anybody because I used to work in the home services field. I highly recommend his company! They are now my go to company for anything related to my HVAC system!“
