“Good same day response for to my emergency call for service. Very experienced tech (Pat) sized up situation quickly and got compressor to turn back on by following process steps. Since we weren’t sure how it got turned off and wouldn’t restart, Pat offered to return next day/Saturday if needed. So far, system has stayed up and running.“

We made arrangements to order the new part. Sean and Keivon showed up today to put in the new blower. They were very professional and worked very quickly. “Semo and Cesar worked on a very challenging duct clog for me. The vent was completely blocked and about 24 ft high. They used a ladder to extract a very large bird nest out of the dryer vent. After that was completed they checked to make sure the air flow was clear from the dryer and cleaned up all the debris from the birds nest. I had them install a cage over the vent to prevent any reoccurrence. I would definitely recommend them.“

They always give first class service and I don’t have any problems in the summer with air conditioning or in the winter with heating because they do the right job of maintaining my heating and air-conditioning units every six months. The maintenance part is so critical and important I can discover problems before they actually appear. I strongly encourage everyone to get that maintenance contract because it pays for itself time and again.“

We had a lot of furniture, clothing, storage, etc…just all of the things a family collects after living in a home for multiple decades. Bennette was most apologetic for the delays and expeditiously installed the compressor. So far, no problems.
