Great customer service. Needed service quickly as our heater wouldn't light. Logan had a technician at my house within 2 hrs. Technician was through and knew exactly what needed to be fixed. Price was reasonable and I would defiantly call them again.
Great customer service and communication. Our unit went out unexpectedly which could have been detrimental to our business. Logan Mechanical not only showed care and concern they squeezed us in their schedule with urgency. We had a new unit installed within a few days. Their staff was professional and polite. The work was of excellent quality.
I have been using Logan Mechanical services since 2009 and have not been disappointed. I was able to contact them today and have someone come out the same day. A part was needed and he was able to assess the situation, pick up the part and repair my HVAC the same day. He was professional and friendly. Thank you for getting our heating unit working again before the cold front arrives tomorrow.
