Cordell (tech) arrived on time. Wore shoe covers and explained what issues he found and how he addressed them. I got maintenance today on my condenser and heater. He clean a coat of pollen off my a/c unit grills. Didnt make a messs. I recommended him (Logan Mech) to my neighbor.
AJ was great. He didn’t just come in and hook up his tools and leave. He explained what he was checking and why he was checking it. His professionalism was top notch. By the end, he gave us clear direction of what it’ll take to get our church’s HVAC system back to optimal performance. Highly recommended.
Anthony, the technician, came in within the time frame he said he will come. He spent time studying and testing our furnace, then he went out to where our AC is. He then showed me what was causing our AC not emitting cold air. The capacitor went dead. He showed me the part inside then gave me a quote for the parts and labor. He also explained what may be the causes for the part to fail. We felt that the price is reasonable, but what really impacted the deal was Anthony’s patience and dedication to his work.
