One of my AC units randomly stopped working with temps soaring to 85 degrees on the upper levels of my house. I came to my neighborhood's chat for a reliable HVAC recommendation and after combing the chat for a few mins I came across someone’s rec for REYES HVAC. Super responsive, highly transparent, good pricing and reliable. Oscar sent one of his maintenance men, Elvin to my house to assess the problem. Cracked valve and replacement refrigerant was needed. Not three days later we were melting again upstairs. Gave Oscar a call and he sent Elvin back out with more refrigerant free of charge. However, that did not work. I highly recommend Reyes HVAC - Oscar Reyes and his team delivered excellent customer service. Oscar walked me through options and trade-offs for a major hvac system upgrade for our home. He was responsive and thorough with a clear bid and schedule. His team arrived as scheduled, was professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Oscar was proactive and kept us updated on progress and schedule. Very satisfied with the Reyes team and the results.
I can’t say enough good things about Reyes HVAC! When our central air conditioning unit suddenly stopped working during a brutal heatwave, I called them in a panic on a Friday afternoon. To my surprise, they answered right away and had a technician at our house within just a couple of hours — true lightning-fast response!
The tech, who was incredibly professional and friendly, diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed it on the spot without any upselling or unnecessary repairs.
