“I’ve had Sarte replace 3 furnaces in my rentals through the hydro program. They replaced a furnace in another rental of mine yesterday. We were approved for a furnace on Sunday. Sarte showed up at 830 am on Monday to confirm what material is required with the intention to install on Tuesday. Sarte technicians informed us that they could install Monday afternoon by Monday night my tenants had heat. Amazing service ! Having a company I can depend on that is honest definitely helps my rental properties run smoothly.“

“My furnace thermostat was acting up last night after my son knocked it off the wall , the heat kept going up up up , I had to shut it off to cool down house & after a few times it ended up re setting but when I was initially broken I called them at 930pm on a Sunday night , they quickly got me a tech to come at 8am to fix it but by 4am it started working so at 7am I called to cancel and they were so nice and understanding , I would of paid a cancellation fee if needed as it was very last minute .

“A few years ago Noris Appliance was out to fix my old central air conditioner. I was so happy, that this year I had them change the old gas water heater, air conditioner & furnace.
Again they did an excellent job! The whole team is polite, friendly and knowledgeable!
Rules are Manitoba Hydro has to come out and inspect once the job is complete. Everything met code, so the installations were passed with no issues.
