Mike and his team were absolutely fantastic. Right from the first call, through the estimate, until installation, everything was perfect. The guys were here first thing in the morning they cleaned up when they were finished and they were great guys on top of that. Don’t hesitate to call OnTime👍🏻
Had a new furnace installed today, and I cannot say enough about the customer service and workmanship that the 2 gentlemen who I was fortunate enough to get showed. They were great! As was Gord, who was spot on with his proposal! I can't say enough about On Time from their office right on through installation. Hats off to Mike and his team.
We had a new furnace & A/C installed and cannot say how pleased we are with this company.
From beginning phone call, resident visit to advise on what was needed for our size house, to the finished job, I cannot say enough. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and considerate in ALL aspects. Utmost care was taken in prepping the house and yard while installation was being performed. When completed, everything was swept, cleaned and all materials to be removed were taken. The job from start to finish was immaculate. Full explanations of new furnace, A/C and thermostat were clear and precise.
