Called them once to have a look at my toilet cuz it just kept running all day and all night - the person that came out had it fixed in no time at all - he was very nice and personable which always makes a difference also. Would definitely call them again in the future...

Our air conditioner stopped working, SS came to fix it, they found the problem, took care of it, kept everything clean and took away any bits and pieces they made, explained everything he was doing and was reasonable priced. The guy was friendly and polite.
