We had a problem with our system, and Casey our service technician arrived exactly as scheduled. He diagnosed a not so easy issue with professionalism and knowledge quickly fixing our problem. Casey explained everything with great patience and was a pleasure to have repair our system.“

However the technician who came out without prior notice was courteous, honest and resolved the issue quickly and made sure the system was running as it was designed. “Several years ago when I installed 2 mini splits I shopped around and Luke and Alex (A&L) had the best price for installation and servicing. They were on time, extremely professional, explained how the system works and installed in a very timely manner.

This past summer, I had a problem getting the mini split to start. I contacted Luke and he spent easily a half an hour with me explaining what I was doing wrong and once he explained it, the mini split started right up. I was so happy that a professional with Luke’s experience stayed with me and helped me get this problem resolved on a very, very hot summer day.

Recently, I had the mini splits serviced. There was a little confusion about the appointment as Luke had an emergency and I was leaving the Cape the next day. He was very accommodating and scheduled me for 9 AM the next morning. Luke and Alex arrived before the scheduled time completed the scheduled maintenance, cleaned up after themselves and went onto their next appointment.

I try to use many local contractors on the Cape. Luke and Alex were excellent to deal with and I am very happy with the services that I have received in the past they are my go to team.“

“I just had a new high efficiency gas boiler installed by Robies and that included the re-engineering of the old radiator piping on the first floor- a complex task due to the inability to pipe under the first floor.
I chose Robies because the marketing man- Dana Bergstrom gave me the clear impression that he really cared and was most attentive and responsive.
Then the complex installation and the removal of the old oil furnace was executed by Walley Silvia and his crew including some very good electricians (the crew included Shawn, Moe, Matt, Adam and others). Walley was like an artist - a real pro who very much cared for what he was doing.

Braga Brothers answered the phone and all I had to do was text them pictures of our water heater and they had an estimate sent to me within an hour. “We called Dave on a Sunday when we discovered that our outdoor shower was leaking. He was extremely nice over the phone and told my husband that he would call him on Tuesday and he called on Tuesday. He scheduled an appointment for Thursday to look things over. On Thursday he showed up, went and got parts he needed and fixed our shower on the spot. I would recommend him with the highest level for being honest, respectful, responsive and an overall great plumber. If you’re in need of help he’s definitely your man.
