Doug and his team helped us with a variety of needs including servicing / cleaning, repair of corroded line sets, clean up poor installation and drywall patch. Doug was very helpful in explaining the issues as it was a large expense. When the tech Tyler left, the system was in tip top shape. We used the system and discovered one of the units wasn’t draining properly. Emailed Doug in the evening and by the time I called the office the next morning they already had a tech on the way out. I contacted EF Winslow right away as they were the ones who installed them just a little over 3 yrs ago. I'll admit it took some time to get someone there but that's because they are THAT good. They assessed the situation and trouble shot it with several different people from different departments until the problem was found. I had several plumbing companies come out to my newly purchased cottage, only to be told that the work I wanted done (adding a washer/dryer hook up) was impossible and that I should raise the home and add a basement. Erico came into a rats nest of problems, he diagnosed the issue, performed some tests to confirm his diagnosis, and tonight I'm sitting in a warm cozy home. Heating system is performing as I expected. His price was very reasonable for the multiple days of work it took to remedy my HVAC disaster.I'm an engineer so I probably consumed a lot of his time having to explain what was happening, why he had the suspicions he had, and how we could verify the faults. “We have had the need to call for service or sales over the last 4-5 months. Cape Cod Mechanical (CCM) sales & service have really come through. Answering a late Friday night call for our heating system being down, the service manager worked us through a work around, called over the weekend to make sure we were ok and had a technician repairing a board first thing on Monday. There sales department handles new sales and scheduled the installation, and they called to let us know they were on their way, and they arrived on time. I didn't mention but their prices and maintenance rates are competitive and fair, quality of products great; but their service earns an A+. Would definitely recommend.“
