“My HVAC system failed on July 3 of July 4th weekend, one of the hottest weekends so far. I called dozens of HVAC companies - many didn't answer their phones (they'd shut down for a long weekend) - others told me that unless I was a current customer I was out of luck.

James at JM Pazakis called me personally to apologize for not being able to help - and assured me he could get people out to repair my system as soon as he could after the weekend.

True to his word - the repair crew showed up, ordered parts,and my system was repaired.

Everyone I dealt with from Melissa on the phones, James, John the repair man were personable, friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Earlier this morning they called and said they’ll try to have somebody out there today; if not tomorrow the latest. Within 3 hours I was messaged saying he’s on his way.
