“A gas leak was noted when National Grid changed out my meter. I contacted Durfee Plumbing & Heating and they immediately arranged for someone to come out and assess the issue. Tyler kept me apprised of what was happening as he worked. He was very professional, respectful and patient with my questions. The work he did passed the inspection and any area he worked in was left spotless.”
“Superb service across an array of plumbing, heating, and electrical work at our house in Dennis. I strongly recommend them over some of the other prominent plumbing companies on Cape Cod.”
“I had a small puddle next to my new water heater due to a pressure release valve malfunction. I emailed them on Sunday. Earlier this morning they called and said they’ll try to have somebody out there today; if not tomorrow the latest. Within 3 hours I was messaged saying he’s on his way. The serviceman was in and out of here a total of 15 to 20 minutes. Great work, very pleasant tech. Thank you!”
