We recently had a team member of Thonus North Plumbing, Harwich, install a new chair height toilet in our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the service! Cameron arrived exactly when scheduled, was incredibly professional and courteous, and got the job done efficiently and cleanly. He even laid down drop cloths to protect our flooring, which we really appreciated. The new toilet is working perfectly, and there wasn't a single mess left behind. He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions patiently. Called Mike on Thursday as we had no hot water. Soonest available repair scheduled was Monday! Mike called and fit us in Friday afternoon. Cameron and Dylan repaired within 2 hrs with detailed explanation of complete repair. Very personable guys. Have trusted Thonus North with original owner, Len, since 2009...and continue with Mike and crew. I wont look elsewhere.
